Explicações didáticas sobre o funcionamento de nossas células, mostrando que alterações em sua fisiologia, é a base para a compreensão das patologias, entendendo que o conhecimento é uma ferramenta indispensável na prevenção de muitas doenças, porém a ênfase são doenças como DIABETES E RENAIS que decorrem de DISTÚRBIOS METABÓLICOS.

O podcast foi pensado como mais um episódio de um canal de podcast chamado ‘Visitantes”, que aborda a fauna, em especial a urbana, que pode cruzar o caminho das pessoas eventualmente ou regularmente. A ideia é fornecer informações sobre os animais e as formas de manejo caso sejam expostos a diferentes formas de contato. Nesse episódio, o animal em questão é o morcego, e por isso, no início do podcast ouvimos sons de morcego e somos imersos na narração por sons de ambientes noturnos, característicos dos hábitos dos morcegos. Idealizei esse infográfico sobre a doença crônica das vias respiratórias, asma, para ser divulgado livremente para o público não-acadêmico, em meios de divulgação de conteúdos de fácil acesso ou impresso e até em redes sociais. Por isso, a linguagem escolhida é mais informal e as explicações menos complexas, a ideia é informar o público, em especial portadores de asma e pessoas próximas, sobre o que é a asma e como identificá-la (sintomas), quais são as formas tradicionais de tratamento (diferentes tipos de bombinhas) e algumas dicas para melhorar essa condição. 15cm Identification: it is one of the largest hummingbirds. It is easily identified by the forked tail, reminding a pair of scissors. Unmistakably Brazilian’s best known hummingbird, this magnificent animal is also one of the most belligerent ones. It fiercely defends its territory – usually consisting of a flowering patch – against other birds, especially the bananaquit ( Coereba flaveola ). It sucks sweet water from feeders even if these are place in the interior of the houses, fearlessly entering the rooms. Like other hummingbirds it feeds mostly on nectar but also on insects.
